Lauren Weston

Lauren has over 10 years experience as a sporting athlete, coach and Educator. Lauren is a professional Director of sport in a co-educational independent school and is responsible for the strategic direction and future vision of sport. As a physical education and wellbeing advocate, Lauren has previously partnered with "This Girl Can" to raise participation levels in Girl’s sport in Beijing and has looked at diversifying PE curriculums in the UK to include sports like yoga and cheerleading. Outside of her Director of sport role, Lauren competes for Great Britain in triathlon (AG), and has experience in writing educational articles for published magazines and websites, featuring in podcasts, and running sporting Instagram profiles. She has previously sat on sporting committees where she ran social events and communications and has extensive experience in leading strategically in sport.
